Before placing your order at BellVino, please review the following:

Pre-order policy and shipping guide:

♡ All pre orders require a minimum of 50% advance payment before they can start processing

♡ Pre-orders can take upto a minimum of 15 and maximum of 30 days to arrive at your doorstep 

♡ Pre-order products are not eligible for size changes unless wrong size is sent by us 

♡ Any remaining payment can be paid by cash on delivery 

♡ Pre- orders can be requested for pickup at the retail store with full advance payment 

 

Return Exchange Policy:

We offer returns/ exchanges and refunds in the case of

♡ Wrong size sent by our warehouse (eligible for exchange)

♡ Wrong product sent by our warehouse (eligible for exchange and return)

♡ Unsatisfactory quality (this condition is purely subjective to the product and BellVino reserves the right to reject and/ or cancel any exchange or refund requested.)

 no refunds/ no returns/ no exchange on make-up and shoes

Conditions and Terms for initiating a return/ exchange request:

♡ Request submitted within 1-2 days of receiving the item 

♡ Item must be undamaged and unworn with any and all tags attached - Original packing and/ or bills included

♡ For online returns and exchanges the item should have been bought online. Return and exchanges for retail items can only be fulfilled at the retail store
